Brief Introduction

A jack is a light lifting device that uses a rigid lifting member as a working device to open a heavy object through a small stroke of a top bracket or a bottom bracket. Jacks are mainly used in factories, mines, transportation and other departments for vehicle repair and other lifting and support work. The structure is light, sturdy, flexible and reliable, and can be carried and operated by one person.

The jacks are divided into mechanical jacks and hydraulic jacks, and the principles are different. In principle, the most basic principle on which hydraulic drives are based is Pascal's law, which means that the pressure across the liquid is uniform. Thus, in a balanced system, the pressure exerted on the relatively small piston is relatively small, and the pressure exerted on the large piston is relatively large, thus keeping the liquid stationary. Therefore, through the transfer of liquid, different pressures on different ends can be obtained, and a transformation can be achieved. The hydraulic jacks that people commonly use are using this principle to achieve force transmission. The screw jack reciprocates the handle, the claw pulls the ratchet gap to rotate, and the small bevel gear drives the large bevel gear to rotate the weight lifting screw, so that the lifting sleeve can be lifted or lowered to achieve the lifting force function, but not as simple as the hydraulic jack.
