4. check the height of lubricating oil in the triplex oil cup regularly. If the oil level is lower than the standard line, please fill in the lubricating oil in time. 5. drain the water and impurities from the water cup regularly.

6. check whether the oil drops one drop after every 2-3 times of stepping down. If not, use the top screw to adjust

7. after the first 20 days of working, retighten the clamping screw on the slide of the large disk.

8. check and adjust the tension of the drive belt regularly, and adjust the adjusting nut appropriately to drive the belt to be tightened properly.

9. check all connections and tighten loose bolts.

10. keep the machine and working area clean.

11. Do not use compressed air and / or water nozzles to get out of the dust or residue on the machine. Prevent dust from working environment and cleaning operation

12. keep the balance shaft, nut, cone and flange clean. To clean these parts, use a brush soaked in diesel solution

13. use cone and flange carefully to avoid accidental fall and subsequent damage. The result is to affect the accurate centering

14. after use, place cone and flange in dust proof space, if necessary. Cleaning the display panel with ethanol

15. conduct the adjustment every 6 months
