The basic principle of balancing machine work
Usually, the balance of the rotor includes two steps of measurement and correction of the unbalance amount. The balance machine is mainly used for the measurement of the unbalance amount, and the correction of the unbalance amount is often performed by means of other auxiliary equipment such as a drilling machine, a milling machine and a spot welder, or by hand. The method is completed. Some balancing machines have made the calibration device a part of the balancing machine.
The balanced rotor is placed on a support supported by a hydrostatic bearing, and a mirror is embedded under the support. When there is no unbalance in the rotor, the light beam emitted by the light source is reflected by the mirror and projected to the origin of the polar coordinate of the unbalance indicator. If there is an unbalanced amount of the rotor, the rotor bearing is tilted under the unbalanced weight and the mirror under the support is tilted and the reflected beam is deflected, so that the beam is cast on the polar coordinate indicator. Click to leave the origin. According to the coordinate position of this light spot deflection, the magnitude and position of the unbalance amount can be obtained.
